Public website data

This is a static corporate website. It offers no contact, registration or client data upload form. No portfolio data, positions or orders are collected through it.

When you confirm that you are a professional investor on the homepage, the website records the time of that confirmation in your browser’s local storage. It uses that value for 24 hours to avoid asking you to confirm again. The recorded time stays in your browser. You can clear it at any time by deleting this website’s data in your browser settings.

Technical logs and retention

Visiting the website generates technical logs that may contain the IP address, date and time, requested page and browser information. These data are used for operation, security and incident detection, on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the website. On the web server, the logs are rotated daily and 14 archives are kept, which corresponds to about two weeks in normal operation. We do not keep separate backups of these logs.

Access, location and separate services

The website is hosted on a dedicated OVH SAS server in Roubaix, France. Permission to read logs on this server is restricted to the service account and accounts with administration or log-reading permissions. External links and the client area lead to separate services with their own privacy information.
